Led by the unique combination of HP Scitex FB 6700 digital flatbed press and fully automated Esko Kongsberg i-XL router cutting system, our fleet of efficient digital printing machinery is ideal for rigid POP displays, 3D movie POP stands, open-box packages and displays, short-run packaging for test runs and samples, in-store promotions, celebrity life-size cutouts, exhibition stands and graphics, etc. Our flatbed digital press and router cutter can take a wide array of substrates including, but not limited to, corrugated boards, foam boards, sintra, corru-plast, diBonds, and acrylic and the substrate thickness can go up to 0.78”. At 600-dpi, our highly productive digital press can print at a fast speed of 1,614 square feet per hour, equivalent to 29 sheets of 63” x 126” per hour.
